Our first Quick Lane customer, Ray Varner Ford, wanted to build an audience they could market to to promote regular maintenance in their Quick Lane service center.
As one of our very first customers, we found ourselves on a conference call with corporate Quick Lane in Dearborn, Michigan; a Separate Business Unit of Ford Motor Company. Once approved, we launched FanZooma's Customer Contact System calling it the "Quick Lane Club", and began working to capture as many subscribers as possible. Since launching the Quick Lane Club has been responsible for sales well in excess of the cost of the club!
